We love managing innovative events from our Nashville office, but we also travel ... a lot. We do whatever we can to lower operating costs for our clients while maintaining our hands-on approach to every facet of the event process. So, when your event requires you to hit the road for any reason, we'll be right there with you.

Meet the Team!
Here's a little bit about us. We didn't include our titles because titles don't mean much at EES. That's because our entire team is cross-trained on all of our processes and types of events. We believe in continuous improvement by learning, so from inspecting venues to negotiating contracts, we can all do it all!

ashley moore

Ashley is a native Nashvillian, proud USC Trojan, and a Jill of All Trades. She has over 10 years of previous experience in prominent financial positions across multiple fields, including residential construction, commercial real estate management, small business financial planning, and tax accounting. She can build houses, design landscapes, create or restore leaded stained glass, fix old trucks, and pretty much anything else that requires getting her hands dirty. Ashley has also held multiple positions in educational outreach, developing curriculum for and serving as an educator in the Californian Ballona Wetlands as well as various recycled art and science programs in multiple Nashville schools.​

FALON VEIT SCott

Falon has been creating remarkable event experiences for over 21 years. She found her love of event management in college while at Appalachian State University, and it carried her to Nashville, TN, where she founded EES. Falon has managed and produced over 750 events in an array of industries including technology, healthcare, retail and logistics, as well as the non-profit sector.

KATHRYN TUCK

A 12-year veteran in event and meeting planning, Kathryn has experience in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, supporting domestic and international operations, planning and conference management. In 2016 Kathryn was named one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She has been a part of the Food Bank Young Professionals Board and continues her support of St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Nashville Chapter.

LAUREL DORMAN

Laurel has produced events in Nashville for over 15 years. She has built an impressive portfolio, ranging from downtown block parties and convention trade shows to 100-mile charity bike rides and speed boat racing.  Laurel excels in sponsorship development and helping event teams streamline their internal organizational processes. Her experience spans a variety of industries,  including healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, government and non-profits.

MADISEN GENTRY

Madisen is a native Nashvillian and attended Western Kentucky University where she majored in communications and event planning. After graduation, she moved back to Nashville where she began her career in retail management at a local boutique. During this time, she gained experience in marketing, forming client relationships and time and event management. She is a creative, spirited, detail-oriented planner, and what she enjoys most is bringing her clients' ideas to life.

MEGAN MANCHESTER

Megan obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications & Special Events Management and began her career in the event management industry as an Event Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ. She recently relocated to Panama City, FL, with her husband and daughter Rae. She has four years of experience in planning corporate events and trade shows of all sizes.​

With almost a decade of experience in Nashville under her belt, Sarah's determination, creativity and extensive network set her apart from all other young professionals. Over the years, Sarah has worked with clients such as ESPN, Dollar General, Jackson National and LG. Sarah has been nominated for 40 Under 40, Nashville Emerging Leaders, and Best of Nashville 2019. She has also earned New Member of the Year, MPI (2019), and Best of Nashville 2019, Best Event Planner (2019).

As a Certified Meeting Professional, Tara has honed her event expertise and creative side for more than 15 years since graduating from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN. Her portfolio includes non-profit corporate events, indoor and outdoor special events, corporate meetings and incentive trips. Her specialty is bringing her organization and planner perspective to make sure each “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed when working with a client.

ROBYN BASS

Robyn is a long-standing pioneer in Nashville's event and hospitality industry, having worked in event management for the past three decades. Robyn's focus on strategic planning and organizational growth helped turn Maple Ridge Events into the go-to DMC in Nashville. Robyn is a strong advocate for women business owners and develops programming and training opportunities for women-owned enterprises through WBEC South.
